Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Sky Commerce. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at [support@skycommerce.store] with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond with instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email [support@skycommerce.store] within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Final-sale items, gift cards, and personal-care items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, the order may have entered processing and cannot be cancelled.
